What's the pilot?
A cohort of 5–10 tattoo studios running inqy end-to-end. We work directly with you to set up the first week, then measure for a month. Studios who stay become paying customers at pilot pricing.
What does it cost?
Pilot cost is a conversation — we size it to your studio. There are no per-booking fees, ever. Your Stripe deposits settle to your own Stripe account on your schedule.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes. inqy uses Stripe Connect so deposits land in your account directly. We help you set it up during onboarding; it takes about 20 minutes.
Does it work for custom-quote tattoo work?
Yes — that's the hard case we built for. inqy drafts quotes from the client's references and your pricing rules, you review and offer, the client accepts and pays the deposit.
What languages?
English, Romanian, Spanish and French at launch. If your clients write in another language, inqy still understands it — the dashboard just shows in your chosen one.
What integrations now vs. later?
Now: Instagram link-in-bio, Stripe deposits, email notifications. Later (based on pilot requests): Google Calendar, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS.
What data do you store, and on what GDPR basis?
Client contact details and chat transcripts, under legitimate interest for the booking. We store nothing we don't need. You can export every row and delete your account on request — a one-click flow.
Can I export my data?
Yes. CSV export of clients, bookings, deposits and chat transcripts, any time, from the dashboard. The dump is yours — no lock-in.
